This Vollrath Jacob's Pride 47092 14" French whip has a one-piece, 4 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. It comes with comfortable, sure grip nubs, and a knob on the end of the handle to prevent slippage during use. It is also heat resistant to 475 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing use on a vast array of mixtures.
This whip features thick, French style wires, best suited for mixing heavy food products. The wires are constructed from 18-8 stainless steel to resist corrosion and rusting with a center reinforcement wire to eliminate bending, twisting and deforming. This French whip is NSF Listed.
