This item is a 9", stainless steel, #12, one-piece, "S"- knife disc assembly complete with an adjusting knob. The knife on this accessory is specially ground for sharp clean cuts. This attachment can be used with Hobart and other mixers, meat choppers, food cutters and power drives with a #12 power take-off hub.
