Equipped with a spacious, 10" cutting board, it provides ample room for cutting, slicing and assembling sandwiches and salads. To keep toppings within easy reach, this unit comes with (15) pre-installed stainless steel pans.

Built with an 8.7 cu. ft. capacity, it can easily hold all the ingredients needed to assemble your menu items, while its pre-installed shelves allow for optimum organization. To keep ingredients at food safe temperatures, this sandwich prep table is powered by an excellent refrigeration system and environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant. For easy access, it has two doors that stay open at 90° or less for convenient loading and unloading and the auto close feature helps save energy costs. Made from stainless steel, this sandwich prep table is rust resistant, easy to clean, and will withstand years of commercial use.
