This feature also includes over / under voltage protection, as well as pan size and pan type recognition to protect your pans from damage and food from burning.
With a fast response surface, this range prevents surges or spikes in temperature when moving the pan through sauteing or tossing. The automatic pan recovery recognizes pans as you lift or tilt them from the surface during cooking and adjusts to your movements - mimicking the benefits of cooking on a gas range without the flash point or price point.
This range has a durable construction, with a stainless steel, stick-resistant body, and a thick 5mm tempered glass surface. Complete with a silicone protective top seal, this range is built to withstand rough use in commercial environments. It also includes a mounting bracket and leveling screws for easy flush mounting to most countertop surfaces.
