An excellent addition to buffets, self-serve cafeterias, and other food service venues, this powerful warming and holding unit is designed with two fully insulated open wells and a poly cutting board with an 18 gauge stainless steel support shelf and brackets. For optimum heating versatility, it has two types of heating elements and each individual well is independently controlled by an infinite control knob.
Intended for dry heating style, each well is 8" deep with a 12" x 20" stainless steel die-stamped opening. Thanks to the rising lip around the well, it helps keep the unit clean and makes food pans easy to load and unload. Made from 18 gauge stainless steel, this reliable electric steam table is exceptionally durable while its four stainless steel legs with adjustable feet ensure stability.
