An excellent addition to buffets, self-serve cafeterias, and catered events, this unit has three open wells that are fully insulated by fiberglass. A reliable heating and holding solution, this electric steam table has two types of heat elements and each food well is independently controlled by an infinite control knob.
Each well has a stainless steel die-stamp opening and rising lip for easy loading and unloading for food pans. Thanks to the 7" wide poly cutting board, there is ample space for food preparation. Exceptionally durable, this three-well electric steam table is made from 18 gauge stainless steel that is rust resistant and will withstand years of use.
