The Southbend S60DD-3G S-Series restaurant range has a 36"griddle, two standard ovens that operate at 35,000 BTUs per hour, and four 24,000 BTU open burners. This model has removable cast iron grate tops that sit over the burners and evenly distribute heat. This range has two removable crumb drawers under the burners to contain debris and make the cleaning process simpler. The operator can easily recognize and alter the burners’ temperature since the metal knobs are marked with red stripes.

The 1⁄2" polished steel griddle plate has raised sides to prevent grease and other messes from going everywhere. The ovens include adjustable thermostats from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The U-shaped oven burner distributes heat evenly so dishes cook consistently. If the pilot light goes out, the flame failure safety device shuts off gas flow. The Southbend S60DD-3G NG S-Series restaurant range is heated with gas.
