The Southbend 4601DD 10 burner restaurant range is built with ten 33,000 BTU clog-free burners. The grates are made from cast iron so they are virtually indestructible and are easy to maintain. The cast iron grates heat evenly and retains that heat for quick temperature recovery from batch to batch. The range also includes two standard ovens, each of which can accommodate full-size pans either front-to-back or side-to-side. The oven interiors are enameled with porcelain, so they distribute oven heat evenly and lend themselves to easy cleaning. Coved corners also improve airflow within the ovens, helping to reduce the number of hot and cold spots so the oven can help create evenly heated food every time. The Southbend 4601DD  10 burner restaurant range is heated with gas.
